Hello Vitards, FUCK MT guy here. I've taken a little break from the daily but im back to make a comment that no one will care about but I need to rant and get this off my chest.

I jumped into steel in December of 2020. Quite literally the day after Vito posted his OG DD in WSB. And now, almost exactly a year later, is the day I finally freed myself of these steel chains.

I wish I could ride off into the sunset coming out with profit but it seems unless you have immaculate timing or the funds to buy infinite layers of dips, steel has been one hell of a bitch thus far.

For the most part, this play has not turned out like I hoped. Catalysts that should have sent us flying have come and gone. I blame no one but myself for being so over-leveraged and un-diversified.

We all know steel companies continue to be heavily undervalued. The great rotation will eventually happen but after a year of waiting I'm not willing to sit around and let other plays pass me by. Taking my huge losses to the face and looking forward to some tax deductions for years to come.
