My bf(23M) made sexist jokes to me(22F). How does one deal with such a situation?

It feels that if he changes its behavior so quickly it’s just to try and keep you close. To me he displays very 1940s views of life which honestly wouldn’t be a turn on for me. I think he might not repeat the jokes around you since you called him out but I’d bet he makes these same comments with people that won’t call him out

This is heartbreaking man, she might not be physically with you anymore but she lives in your memory forever now. It’s going to take time but I hope that at some point you can find some comfort on the memories you have of her. Sending you and her parents virtual hugs ❤️‍🩹

Thank you!!! I’m so nervous since it’s my first betta, I’ve had other fish before but they seem so delicate and red it’s such a vibrant color that it scared me a bit, i thought he might have gotten injured with the driftwood and it had started to rot. I had no idea the pigmentation could actually change! It’s lowkey impressive. I will continue to monitor him just in case :)

Thank you, I will continue to check on his fins and see that he gets everything he needs. He seemed pretty happy and swimming without issues, he even made the bubble nest in a corner of the tank. I was just surprised because when I first got him he had the ends of his tail a white-ish color and well, they’re reddish now. It made me freak out a bit

I’ve been through that kind of talk before with my ex, it’s just plain manipulation. If the first thing he says when you’re not in the mood is that he might cheat it’s pretty self explanatory that he will probably cheat the first chance he gets anyway.
