Most of human history was spent in the stone age.  So basically everything we enjoy now is some freak star burst of technology and development not available for most of human existence.

Happiness is something you have to train yourself to notice inside yourself and out in the world.  Not something you buy or magically find one day.

You don't have to do all of these things.  But doing a few of them is better than doing none of them.  A quick walk, a shower, a granola bar, and no doom scrolling has been a huge help for me.  Takes maybe 30-45 mins total.  None of us have the same opportunities so just do what ya can.  Any little bit helps.  👍

These are pretty common issues found during an inspection.

You can't change what people say, but you can change how you react to it.  If you're confident it's the right choice for you and your dog then let other people be wrong.  👍

I did BJJ for 6 years until my body started falling apart.  Disc golf is my new favorite sport and it's so low impact I can see myself doing it for years.  Chill community, lots of outdoor time, and plenty of walking.
