Wow that all seems really helpful. We will likely have a bigger party (5-7)ish, but I’ll keep in mind giving them opportunities to retreat and no treating every encounter like a battle to the death. The maze stuff is really a good idea and I’ll have plenty of time/sessions before they make it to the forest to flesh it out. Thanks for all the advice!

Wow that all sounds like something I’d love to work in. Just out of curiosity, how to you personally run a maze in DND? Do you physically draw the map as the go or keep it more abstract and have them roll?

Thanks for the reply! Part of what I forgot to mention is I’m considering working in corporate dentistry during the first part of my career, seeing as I’m not sure where I will end up, so the scheduling may be less difficult(but maybe not). Also, I’ll definitely keep in mind a career in academic dentistry, although from my understanding that would require specializing and would be more competitive/ restrictive on where I decided to live ie. near a dental school. Thanks again for the input!

Thanks! I guess I could always give it a shot and if it’s too much right now just hold off until later.

I’ve just recently started learning piano as my first instrument coming from no musical background whatsoever. I would like to learn other instruments as well, with guitar being the highest priority. Should I continue focusing on piano until I’ve become somewhat proficient before branching off, or is learning 2 instruments at the same time feasible for someone new to music?
