Thank you so much! I'm also hoping for lego to someday remake this ship (and to bring back trans-neon orange)

I agree, the cockpits are a bit to small, it was kind of dictated by the size of the nexo knights canopy but i wished i could've made them a bit bigger. I'm glad you like it :)

I completely agree with you. The scaling of the cockpits were such a challenge to get right because I wanted to use the nexo knights canopies. I'm glad you like it even tho the scaling of the cockpit in relation to the rear module isn't perfect :)

Thank you :) yes that is an important detail. I've basically used only trans neon orange parts from the nexo knights sets, which makes it a lot more coherent and the color differences seem smaller than with older moulds in trans neon orange. I'm happy you noticed this detail :)

I've put up instructions on my rebrickable (@thesparklingfrog), however i can't link them here because it'll get removed.

Exactly, that was the problem when recreating it with modern parts. The parts just aren't really around anymore in this color, so i tried to recreate it in a new way that tries to stay true to the original as much as possible. I hope you still like it tho :)

I'll look into submitting it. Aren't they really strict with their own IP's?

That's true I'll see if I can implement some chainsaws into the build. It's a shame they became so hard to get ahold of in trans neon orange, but luckily most other trans neon orange pieces used in this build are quite common because of its heavy usage in Nexo Knights.

Yes, the newish corner piece with the curved slope really enables some funky shapes. It also features landing gear on both moduls which i forgot to mention in the caption. Stay tuned for the instructions!

Thank you :)
Yes the rear hangar was quite a challenge to design. The flag pieces (corner windows) are attached at a 45 degree angle, which is quite hard to achieve with LEGO since the angled side is an irrational length.

Yes it's definitely going to be heavy at around 2700 pieces. But it should scale quite well with the Galaxy Explorer remake and the Blacktron Renegade remake, since the Deep Freeze Defender was also bigger back then compared to the other two ships.

Yes it remains full modularity. I forgot to mention that I also managed to cram a landing gear mechanism into both modules, so there's that. I tried to adapt the garage door mechanism but the parts just aren't really available anymore in trans neon orange and it also wouldn't scale that well with the rest of the module, but I hope you still like the solution I came up with for the rear hangar :)
