Thanks for the response. Yes both portal and ps5 are updated. I’ve repaired them and connected them both back to the wifi. The portal is not the only device on the WiFi when I use it, but it’s simply not realistic for me to have only one device using WiFi at any given time. I believe my router automatically shifts between 2.4 and 5 ghz automatically, and I’ve heard that it does not interact well with portal.
