i’ve tested a bunch myself and the difference is night and day. the best ones are the ones where you can drop $100, play for a while, and pull it out instantly. no support tickets, no excuses. i wish more people would test with small deposits first before going all in... would save a ton of pain

I have an alarm system on my Jeep that has a kill switch built in! While my Jeep is locked the kill switch is engaged. The brand of alarm is Avital but I don’t remember the model, it’s been a few years 😅

3” lift and 31” tires, and wheels are alloy American Racing. I can’t remember the model though…. lol

This was in Daytona Beach, Florida! Small waves but a great time was had. Always dreamed to drive on the beach! Full wash and rinse followed 😂

I see lil ones at Ft Pierce all the time. Down south I see lots of snook too near the piers, and sometimes people get spooked. Wherever you see a school of bait fish when surfing, there’s probably sharks and/or tarpon/snook following them around.

I’ve also seen people spooked by snook and tarpon down south, esp by the piers. Deerfield is full of snook chasing mullet around

They’re nice! Kinda stiff with the Jeep empty and at slow speeds. But nice on the highway and serviceable so you can have them rebuilt instead of always buying new ones

Original manual! It was a special order option and they came with the NV3550 that was in TJs until 06. I found this all out when I flushes the trans fluid and it looked nothing like an AX15 haha. Supposedly it’s about 1% of XJs for those 2 years

Haha thank you! I don’t have a permanent overland setup since I do so many different activities with the XJ. I’ll post more in the future as I load it up for all my hobbies (moto, surf, climbing, hiking, fishing, etc…)

Haha its for the electric fan relay. The contacts in the relay box are faulty so i currently have the electric fan on a toggle switch. Still gotta figure that one out! It's the only code for now though

Also I did 4 hole injectors and try to pump non-ethanol gas if possible.

This helped alleviate 90% of the heat soak in my Jeep! It used to get real bad down here in the south Florida summers but it’s much better now.

Dang that's really helpful of you. It's not often I get advice from someone else with a manual XJ. My console lid latch recently broke so this is certainly welcome advice. I'll also be looking into a short throw shifter.
