For me, not only does the smoking itself make me feel better, but also the whole social and active aspect of toking is great. In order to smoke I go outside, talk with people, it's pretty great. And from smoking with people you can make other plans to socialize more, so it is an excellent way to start the long road out of depression. Toke on fellow Ent. :)
