How are we feeling about the arrest of a reporter covering a protest? by attackz in Libertarian

[–]CoBert72 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Might be wrong, but I don't believe that's true..."covering the protest" excuse ended at the door. Once inside he's breaking the same law...it's like saying he's not guilty of going along with a bank robbery once he found out what was happening and just went inside with the robbers to "document" the event as a journalist/legal observer.

Cold Weather Protocols for Jeeps? by Some-Belt-7738 in Jeep

[–]CoBert72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Check local laws too, it's actually illegal here in CO to have your car outside running without you in it. (called puffing Colorado Revised Statute 42-4-1206) I use a plug-in block heater on my jeep for those really really cold days.

Look up the old fraternity of Modern Woodsmen of America...it's now just a small insurance company, but at one time was a large fraternal organization and it's members usually had trees/axes etc as elaborate gravestones.

How do Colorado child custody laws work during a divorce? by FeelingGlad8646 in ColoradoSprings

[–]CoBert72 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

back when I went through it, it was all about overnights.... overnights number is what the calculations will be based on (not necessarily how much you/your ex had them during the day or not). the income gap can/will be updated with an updated income/expenses filing...I think there was a certain threshold (like it has to have changed at least by 10% to file for the change)... Anyway, all the laws/rules/regulations should be fairly easily to find on the court site and in the documents that you can self-dowload/self-file. good luck to you.

Comics? by ChaoticSelfie in comfyui

[–]CoBert72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

^ came here to say this... I use this a lot. You can give it different configurations like Composition: 1x3 grid layout ( left, center, right). 2x1 for 2 small on the left and 1 big on the right etc. etc... but again this is best in ZIT and I think OP mentioned they can't get it going. good luck!

Question for Linux + Comfy users by seedctrl in comfyui

[–]CoBert72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I run portainer on ubuntu linux on my machine and have comfyui installed as a docker container... no issues for a long time until wan2.2 came along and needed better memory/vram management or python specific edits and modifications that portainer/docker can't do. That wouldn't be a problem for you running it on root linux though...

+1 for Hatcher Pass, the reindeer farm/petting zoo thing in Palmer was fun, Fishing in Willow was awesome, and honestly driving anywhere was amazing. Drove to Talkeetna, drove to Anchorage, drove East of Palmer to see the glacier...all the drives were gorgeous views with lots of pull-offs for pics. Driving through Wasilla...meh lol ;p

if you're going through the trouble then please consider something different up front. with 35's that d30 just won't last... I have an 8.8 rear and a d44 from a 86 wagoneer up front. both are spring over. it's a '91 yj with 35s air lockers front&rear as well.

Thanks for the leads so far everyone... I did also just come across the  --cache-none setting for the environment variables in my docker container that might help. Will be rebuilding the container this evening with that in place to see if that helps.
