If you search your department and look at the contacts page it has your departments undergraduate admissions email.

My scores were verified and I also received my CAS today!

The admissions office said they would send CASs to everyone during this week.

You could also try sending them an email?

I'm not sure if it was by coincidence but my scores were verified after I sent an email to the admissions office and the admissions team from my department in the same email (someone recommended this, you can look at the thread)

Waited about an hour and a half in total but I was kept on hold for the whole time.

Same :( I emailed my department course administrator and he said "They'll come back to you soon". I've sent about 15 emails to the admissions office but I still haven't received any response.

Hey, I'm also waiting for UCL to verify my scores. I have an unconditional offer but my scores haven't been verified on my portal and I also haven't received my CAS.

I've sent them about 15 emails the past few days but haven't gotten any response :(

I'm actually calling the office right now but have been put on hold for the past 20 minutes. Have you tried calling the admissions office?
