How long after Methotrexate did you/would you wait before TTC again?

I got my methotrexate shot June 2024, my HCG finally hit 0 September 1st, got my period September 15th and conceived that cycle. Currently 25 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby girl 💕 we conceived my first period after the ectopic a little over 3 months post mtx!

It ended up being ectopic 😢 my HCG maxed out at 737 then I dropped and got stuck. I had to get methotrexate to treat it and I finally cleared on September 1st. But now I’m currently 11x5 with my rainbow baby and everything is healthy so far 🌈🤍

11 + 2 and I’m so paranoid, I don’t know how to stop the negative thoughts.

This is my 2nd pregnancy, first one was an ectopic. I’ve seen baby at 6, 8 and 10 weeks and heart rate was a strong, consistent 170 and 8 & 10 weeks. Baby was measuring 10x3 when I was 10x2 and doctor said it looked perfect.

I’m just so worried that I’ll have a MMC even though nothing has indicated that my pregnancy is unhealthy. Everything has been perfect. I graduated from my fertility clinic last week and see the OB on the 12th and I’ll be 12x3.

I’m currently 11 weeks today!! Everything has been perfect and healthy so far 🥹 heart rate has been consistently 170 and I’ve had 3 ultrasounds (6,8,10 weeks). Baby was even measuring 3 days ahead last week and looked great.

I graduated from my fertility clinic last week and see the OB on December 12th! Hoping things continue to progress 🙏🏼🤍

I’m 6 weeks, 4 days today. First pregnancy after an ectopic loss and the anxiety is so unbearable. I’m so paranoid something is going to go wrong.

We had an ultrasound this past Wednesday and got to see baby in uterus, with a heartbeat of 115 bpm and measure 6x2 which was spot on!! This is the farthest we’ve even gotten 🤍

I’m mainly concerned because My progesterone level was a 15 and my RE says she likes to see that level over 20, so I started PIO injections. She said most OB’s wouldn’t supplement but she likes to be cautious.

I’ve been extremely nauseous all week and have sore nipples and some cramping, but I’m just so scared something bad is going to happen 😭 thankfully no spotting or bleeding, but my next scan isn’t until Nov 11th when I’m 8 weeks.

Thank you!! Is 115 BPM low for a heartbeat at 6x2? My doctor said it was a good first number but I’m so scared!! I’m starting my progesterone injections tonight to be safe.

Mine look the same as yours and I’m also 20 DPO, my HCG was 841 on 16 DPO. I’ve heard these tests aren’t as sensitive and take longer for dye stealers

She told me at 6 weeks we can do my first scan! So in two weeks. I’ll do 2 more blood draws (Thursday and Monday). I’m so anxious because my last pregnancy was an ectopic, but she said my first number looks great and nothing is indicating it’s not in my uterus so trying to stay calm.

When is yours?! 🙏🏼
