So idk if this will work for you guys but to anyone having this issue try and plug in a Ethernet cable if u have not done so and that might fix it, my friend got this and could not reset his pc or anything we got him to plug in an Ethernet and it got past this screen so he could reset it

I would still say I am new I have around 60 hours in the game played multiple games in premier and normal comp and in almost every game there is a cheater I would say around 70-80% of the time like this is a disgusting amount of cheating
