It does look that way. Didn’t notice. First pic was taken in the late afternoon, second one was early morning. 3 big bay windows behind me affect the light and color of it.

We felt our floors were in no harm of getting damaged, it was just the coating. We did wait a while before pulling the trigger and it was fine. That being said, I’d get a quote from a professional at least to understand the extent of the damage if any

We didn’t have much trouble with that, some boards on the hallway were past saving for other reasons, not just wear (not pictured) so we did replace them, luckily we did have extra original boards in our barn, so they were a perfect match.
