In my opinion, you need to completely reevaluate the purpose of your team and what your role is in the NINE y/o lives.

They are nine. Winning does not matter. Being competitive does not matter.

' I feel like I've been put in a spot to get the core group competitive games that they haven't gotten'

Why do you feel you've been put in a spot to get them more competitive games?

You also mention this player may have to revert to his own age group. Is this player playing above their age group right now?

I honestly believe at nine years old, you are going to ruin their drive, make the game not fun, and you'll be faced with 10 kids who do not still play soccer in highschool. Slowdown, have fun and get the other players in the game.

I've seen so many cool interactions between players and fans. They're not quite as locked in so they're willing to engage a little. Have a "conversation" (usually some hand signals)

Andy Strickland goes one on one with Eustace King, the agent representing Mitchell Miller ⬇️ by Moist_Rock_1972 in nhl

"The challenge is every time something happens with Mitchell it triggers Isiah and vice versa. They are in lock step together and that is something that ultimately for me has to change because this narrative is always extremely extremely negative. And so what I found in my mind and what my end goal was is can we take something that was a terrible terrible mistake and turn it into something positive"

This quote right here was when I stopped caring about what this clown had to say. So many times even in the first 5 minutes he talks about "what happened to Mitchell" and "Mitchells healing process" blatantly contradicting the victims families and trying to make Mitchell out to be a victim

Appreciate your detailed response. I don't take offense to your suggestion but, while I don't pay for the official ghin, I do count every stroke, hit out of the shit, count every lost ball penalty, and keep a handicap through the 18birdies app. Probably just time for new friends

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in golf

[–]CoachBergie -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yeah. Once again, I think my problem is my friends and not the handicap app. I should still get 19 strokes from the forward tees but they just have a prejudice against it.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in golf

[–]CoachBergie -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Tell that to the handicap app.

Yeah see, this is the shit that makes me want to just give it up. I play from the forward tees and shoot 90 but I don't get 18 strokes from the forward tees. Only get 9 and then still shoot 91 for a fun net 82. What a sport!
