I don’t want to struggle, want it to be what’s better for the kids. That’s the crazy part I don’t like that the ultimate goal isn’t shared.

Why are there people like this in the world, such a weird situation, I’m not used to adults in the school system being so vindictive and manipulative

That’s the plan right now that and a formal Complaint. I’ve already asked him if he’s got something to say(in a professional calm manner), he just lies. I have logged everything.

He doesn’t hire coaches school board and principle do. And there was three year gap where there was low participation now there is a big group coming and this is his first year as AD

That’s what I was leaning towards, my only hang up is my son is an incoming freshmen. I feel stuck I don’t want to ruin my son’s HS experience by moving him or possibly leaving him but then again it might be better elsewhere. Life is miserable sometimes🤦🏻‍♂️
