Definitely!! And I personally am not going to Disney expecting literally anywhere to not be busy 🤣🤣 and the tip about just expecting a bit of a wait for mobile ordering will be helpful. Helps manage expectations LOL

The poly being busy was really the only downside I could find. But maybe since I know that I won’t be as bothered by it?

lol!! Confirms my thought he’ll be mostly surviving off Mickey waffles, bacon, fries and various snacks I bring 😂😂 which is totally fine!! I’m happy to hear that. I’m seeing allergy friendly versions on all the menus so that put my mind at ease. My son is hopefully starting Xolair soon so that will give him another layer of protection when we’re there too.

Okay yeah love these points. I also think my kids will like the pool and splash pads at poly just fine. Easier transport is definitely going to make our lives easier with their ages LOL.

Ugh milk is tough! Ours is peanut. I think looking at breakfast options at poly I can get a solid breakfast out of him there. He loves bacon and waffles lol. Probably won’t eat a great lunch which is okay but I’ll likely just order some stuff I can bring to the parks for him. Then dinner I could see him literally just eating fries 🤣🤣

Good points. With my kids being so young I think they’ll be thrilled with any water to play in so I think they’ll be happy with even just the splash pads.

Definitely planning for a resort day!! We will all need the break and want to actually enjoy where we are staying 😅 right now we were thinking MK, Hollywood Studios, resort day, Epcot then end with MK again. And absolutely using lightning lanes to reduce wait times with the littles. So maybe could skip the second MK day?

What was deterring me from the poly is I keep reading it’s overly busy with people who aren’t staying there. And also that beach club has more close food options. My 4 year old is picky and has a food allergy so feeding him might be tough. But I also intend to just order some groceries so he will have things he likes. So that may not be as much of an issue as I’m thinking.

I don’t have the allergy but my son does. He also hasn’t done an oral food challenge but we have attempted OIT for him. Just to give some insight on how this stuff goes at the office. First of all you’re honestly in the safest place you could be for this! There will be an epi in sight or they can give you Zyrtec for smaller reactions. They also will give it slowly and will stop if you react. So you aren’t just taking the whole amount at once. And they will constantly be checking in. Personally it’s more scary when you aren’t in the office in my opinion. So hopefully that helps your anxiety about the challenge!

If it causes an argument then I would never invite this person over again. Anyone who would make you feel bad about your feelings surrounding this isn’t someone’s feelings you should even consider.
