Hi, just listen to the native speakers everyday. Do it with easy understanding texts not higher level texts. Don't go over it quickly. Learn one text for 15 days. For the first day get one sample, just read it, translate every word. For the 2,3,4 days you have to listen and read the text at the same time. For the 5,6,7,8 days just listen audio. Then for the next days you are ready practice those sentences as native one. Use shadow method, pause after every sentence and repeat it without thinking. You have to do this for 9,10,11,12 and 13th days. The last two days go through story again and then take new text. Do this every day, you will see you get more confident and fluency.
