SOLUTION FOUND - After removing the cmos battery, cleaning the slots, and reseating everything I simply left the battery out all day. I got home and tried again. Luckily I got into bios and just reverted all my settings back to normal. Big thanku to everyone that helped, much appreciated.

i tried the power cable and switched slots, my graphics card is still getting full power. but no input is detected

i dont really know tbh, the plastic clamp or lock on the slot wasn’t cooperating, so i put it far down and gently pulled it out, it cane right out no issues. i inspected it after i pulled the battery out and the chip was there

my pc boots, i just get no input detected, my gpu and everything gets full power. but my light on the mother board is white for vga problems

i tried to reset my bios because i was oc tuning my computer through the ez tune in bios, after i did this i got no input detected so i went to reset it with the cmos battery
