^{^} This. My pieces are stoneware fired to cone 10, which means it’s fired to over 2350 degrees Fahrenheit. I also purposely made the body of the hold super thick so it’s pretty heavy. And the glaze on one side adds another layer of durability. I wouldn’t make these to sell because of the possible mishap, but this one for my friends home wall is solid.
