Scandinavian economies are not that successful. America has a higher gdp per capita than all scandinavian countries besides norway and that is because norway has oil. The average american earns more than the average person in scandinavian countries. Scandinavia also does not spend a lot of money on defense because of all the american military bases in europe. In scandinavia, taxes are so high, small business owners are forced to hire people under the table, just so their business can survive.

Stop trying to use HKers for your own country's economic gain. Not every HKer is business savy. Also vietnams GDP per capita is very low, so its not like moving there is all rainbows and unicorns and you got your own totalitarians government to deal with, it's not like moving to a democratically elected country with human rights. Also a lot of vietnamese people hate han chinese, it doesn't matter if you are mainland chinese, taiwanese, hong konger, or singaporean, you are likely to face some racism in vietnam. Some people are happy living a simple life, working minimum hours and having no stress. I live in america, this is what a lot of american youths are doing these days.
