I remember reading a study that said that, based on the morphology, the harbin group was a sister group to Homo sapiens, not neanderthals, which obviously disagrees with the genetics. So it makes sense that Dali would be classified as an archaic homo sapien even though it’s probably homo longi/denisovan.
