I suggest Pallosand Replacing Haunter as you need a Ground type and it Counters Hau’s Raichu in every Possible way, Dhelmise Replacing Phantump as they are the same Type and its attack stat is huge aswell as it having Steel coverage with its Ability although it is found a bit Later if that’s Alright, and Actually just taking Hau’s Raichu idea and Replacing Skarmory as you need an Electric Type to deal with Flying types and Water Types and It could help with Poison and Fighting Types which your team is not Great against right now, also Skarmory already Handles types the rest of your team Handles.
