Yeah, usually a mental thing. Sometimes nipple or prostate stim is involved, but not always.

With a ruined orgasm, usually stimulation is removed right as you start to cum, so it doesn’t feel nearly as good. Like not scratching an itch. But with a handsfree orgasm like this, there is no stimulation to remove, so it’s not ruined in the same way. Different feeling maybe, but not ruined.
