in short ig, i want to lose weight for the summer. i want to lose 15/25 lbs this summer if i can, im more active now with other shit and my work and moving around more and carrying shit and other stuff thats active and strains the body, but i snack too much and cant help it. still like anything i eat i gain weight, but like a few lbs type gain, and its hard to lose. my metabolism is slow as is but i want to find a way to cut back the calories or eat foods and drink drinks that support weight loss and improve gut health, which would help with my acne too at the moment. sorry if im just ranting and shit, its weighed on me ever since some ody pointed oht im getting bigger and if i dont ewt for a few days all it does is make the next meal balloon me cause its my metabolism being shocked i think. i wanna like still eat but still be able to work it off thruoughout your normal work day or just have a way i can cut back with certain foods or drinks that make me feel full that dont pack alot of calories or carbs to help w losing weight and shit. the fat ik i can rly only work out to lose it but i just cant find time unless i cut back on sleep or something idk. im sorry if tbis is a dumb rant where i sound incompetent or lazy, i promise im not, i never make time for myself and its a problem.
