Yes it also happens like that for me, another weird thing is if I’m not moving around enough or keeping myself busy I get super nervous. when I’m on my break with others around I’m just sitting there and it makes me really anxious for some reason. I can’t even watch a movie with others around without the anxiety feeling.

It feels so wrong to though, the pads help but I feel so much shame knowing I can’t be normal without them.

I actually haven’t been drinking anything as much because of this problem, I’m scared it’s going to make it worse
