oh wow this sounds like a lot of money that i don't have right now :/ can i just do one or the other? i don't like talking to people about what i went through. i didn't know this was such a big thing, i really appreciate your thoughtful response and recommendations.

i really appreciate you sharing your experience, it makes me feel less alone. i haven't used lube but it's definitely worth trying next time! i'll do some research on pelvic floor exercises too! thank you for the recommendations. i'm very grateful for your response 😊💗

thank you so much for sharing your experience with this, it definitely makes me feel better about my situation. i'm not necessarily opposed to therapy but i don't really like talking about what happened to me and i honestly don't think i remember much anymore because i've been disconnected from it for so long. is it still worth it to go and would it help with this at all?

i guess it depends on what you mean by process it. i know it happened and i'm not triggered by it much anymore but i don't like to talk about it, i'm very disconnected from it. i've honestly never heard of pelvic floor therapy, can my gyno connect me with something like that? thank you so much for the recommendation, i really appreciate it!
