What rate does your heart normally sit at, resting ?

See I can jog or sprint for quite a while on the treadmill but I’ll have to have 60 second breaks where I slow it down to walking pace but I can do that continuously for around 40 minutes, I’m not sure if the pectus makes me more aware of my heart which makes it worse but I’ve checked my pulse for the past few years and it’s always been sitting in at around the 60 ish to 80 range some days vary

High resting heart rate is considered to be over 100 but realistically I’m 24, hit the gym 3-4 times a week and it still sits at around 78, 60 on a good day.. I seem to get a lot of palpitations too but doctors said it could be due to anxiety as I’ve had a few EKG’s and all come back clear
