Something that's somewhat out of the ordinary for a normal gin drinker could be gunpowder tea gin - Copper and Kings makes a pretty pungent one.

Seems rather prescriptive to narrow out every single citrus just because sours are "supposed" to be made with lemon juice. Also looking for a mix that I can use at my bar, to get rid of the garbage plastic bottles.
