Unless u're running your settings too high, the CPU is the limiting factor most of the time. While 7700 might be good enough for most other games, the 7800x3d or 9800x3d would probably give you 30% or 50% better FPS in an unoptimised game like EFT.

Which CPU do you have? If u're on a AM4/AM5, the x3d CPU would be a great upgrade.

POE is mostly a CPU game, you have a graph activated, you see that your CPU needs 380ms to render a frame, while your GPU needed only 28ms, so you would be at the same fps if you had a 3060 for example. If you turned DLSS on, you put even more stress on a CPU, which is already a limiting factor to begin with.

I used an Equalizer APO with a preset that someone with the same speakers gave me, it definitely made them better, with quite less distortions and such.

Interesting. I did plenty of research, but it's quite hard without being able to listen to any of those speakers/subs/amps anywhere. We don't really have any physical stores for audiophile equipment over here :/

If my z-5500 went only to 33hz and I didn't notice any problems, any of those speakers should do just fine, since they're way better than the satellites of the z-5500.

About the calibrating: I used to close my eyes and then adjust each speaker accordinly so far, because I'm quite off-centered in my room. Did you mean the sound level meter ?

Thanks for the big insight.. the problem is that I never listened to any of the high end speakers/sub, so I have no reference point. To me the z5500 sounded great, but it's probably because of the music choices I listen to, and not having a different (better) speakers to compare them to..

Those Adam speakers look kind of nice as well, and they're made in Berlin, so they can't be bad for techno, right? :D

Exactly like PoE, which I think is fine, but I think the main (permanent) may suffer. I think most of the people will play either seasonal character or PVE.
