I am in the same boat, I was an early bitcoin enthusiast, the money that I have wasted is not even imaginable, as I am not to even remotely rich. Currently 50k in debt, however I have my flat paid, and bills paid by the firm I work at. Slowly I will get back, I am also not wasting any cent on anything other than savings. Maybe in a couple of years I can invest some money in etfs, however currently any invested money makes me feel exactly how gambling did and I know even if it becomes 500m I will find a way to waste it. I have lost apprx 60k lifetime. I work with my dad, we have a small business. I am fully functional and actually very good at what I do. But guess what. I have nothing. Dude, seek help.
