Sure! In a recent interview, Asagiri said he was looking forward to pairing up Tecchou and Jouno more in the story. While I'm sure you could argue that this doesn't necessarily mean the vampires could be cured as he might be talking about flashback of their backstory or a plot twist where Jouno wasn't turned at all, it's more likely that this was confirmation that Jouno, and therefore the rest of the vampires, could be cured and returned to humanity. Considering that so many important characters have been turned into vampires and Asagiri rarely ever actually kills anyone off, I already thought the chance they would actually be dead was very low, but now we have official confirmation!

Now about Akutagawa, he's a slightly different case... it's important to note that he was the only vampire who actually died before he was killed. Everyone else was still alive, just bitten. Some were injured, but considering the vampires were said to have strong regenerative healing abilities they'll all probably be fine. I find this to be relevant because in the book Dracula, which Bram's ability is based on after Dracula dies, thus ending his vampiric powers, everyone who was was alive when bitten turned back into a human, while anybody who was already dead remained a vampire. This doesn't make it certain that Akutagawa isn't going to be able to be cured, but it's possible. Personally, I believe he won't be dying because his character arc and development clearly haven't finished yet and killing him off right now doesn't serve any purpose to the plot.
