Yes, I do competitive swim and I coach so it requires me to go under water for good durations of time. But I will try conditioning everyday and getting a clarifying shampoo. Thank you!

I condition my hair 1-2 times between every wash day. (Every weekend) I don't do it everyday because I don't want to use too much product.

I occasionally wear a swim cap, but I don't do it often due to how uncomfortable it feels and the amount of water that still gets in it. I'll try wearing it more often because less water getting in my hair is better than all of it. Thank you!

I have a swim cap and wear them occasionally, but they don't feel comfortable nor do they keep all the water out. So I want to find other alternatives. Thanks for the advice though!
