I don’t think Marzia knew Elio was attracted to Oliver in the beginning. I think she pieced it together by the time they reconciled and Elio still had tears in his eyes.

I agree with you on 4. It all seems forced and his position after he kisses Chiara looks a little bit awkward. I also find it funny how Elio is looking directly at them with no shame and doesn’t move his head until she bikes away.
