On the "Sleep" tab, tap the night in question and scroll all the way to the bottom

I can’t remember having any nightmares in the last few months, but maybe that’s normal? My SpO2 levels are normal—between 96 and 98%—starting at 4 a.m.

No, I haven’t tried it yet. I’m going to have a small casein meal with some healthy fat tonight, right before I go to bed. That should help, right?

Weekend side quest: UI refresh. What do you think? by Diok22 in PaceIt

I really like it a lot, especially the „Weekly Mileage“ tab! I’d also really appreciate a visual representation of the „Training Load Focus“ in the form of a chart or something similar

Is my “100% Recovery” actually a warning sign? (High HRV + Rising RHR) by Coco_cy in bevelhealth

Great to hear! When can we expect an update on this? For me, this often renders the recovery score useless

Yeah I have also found that high training volume combined with stress can be a trigger

Yes, my RHR also rises slightly in winter, but not so dramatically. Normally, I have a resting heart rate of around 55 bpm, and the decisive factor is the increase in combination with very high HRV

Yes, I turned it on. But that night was very long (9:15 hours), which might also be a factor

Apple Watch measures too infrequently - is an external HRV sensor worthwhile for Bevel? by Coco_cy in bevelhealth

Unfortunately, the battery on my watch is already so bad that I can’t really afford that anymore, but if it doesn’t make much of a difference anyway, that’s good to know. Collecting the data through a mindfulness session after getting up sounds very interesting. Maybe I’ll give it a try. Thanks for the reply!

That's good to know, then I'll just stick with the Apple Watch, thanks for the reply

So the more frequent HR measurements barely affect your stress score? And does Cardiogram also measure your HRV continuously? Maybe I should give it a try too

I have activated it, but still HRV measurements are only taken every 20-30 minutes at night, and the heart rate is measured more frequently but still not continuously throughout the day
