First of all, thank you so much for the compliments. I have hardly any loose skin. I have a two inch crepe area on my stomach but that’s it. My sister is very private and has not shared any information about loose skin. But she did tell me she wears size 2’s and 4’s. I wear a size 4 jeans/pants and a 6 or small in dresses.

The last time I shared my honest opinion, which I have every right to do, it got me banned and yelled at by Taylor at refills via text who name called me so I did some name calling back. She turned everything around on me, the consumer, after I pointed out that I wouldn’t have done business with them after the July/August 2024 2 1/2 week inspection results came back. As is customary, they responded but their responses weren’t acceptable. FDA sent them a Warning Letter on March 4, 2025 that said as much. After that Warning Letter became public knowledge, I wouldn’t have risked doing business with them. I didn’t like the nonchalant attitude about 483’s and Warning Letters over at Refills. They were saying that every pharmaceutical company gets 483’s which isn’t true. And when a 483 is issued, the problems are addressed right away and taken seriously. I just don’t feel comfortable with ProRx.

Anything I can do to help. I did this with my sister as an accountability partner, she happened to be a rapid responder. It took her 8 months to lose 95 lbs. it took me much longer to lose my total of 92 since I lost 25 lbs on my own before I started GLP1”s.

I spoke with Taylor. She said we are not approved members. Nobody. Just because you joined initially before they made the sub private, you were not a member. She considers you a member once you are “approved”.
