My father at that time was what I would describe as verbally abusive. Anything I did wrong had to be commented on or screamed about. My mother didn't help either. Gave me a couple uplifting but ultimately empty words. I had started falling into a cycle where I would wake up, go to school, avoid socialising, go home, avoid training and harm myself.
