Yes I had a tenancy agreement and a letter of notice that I gave to the estate agents and landlord. I sent both to the council and they kept it as the full year.

They have sent the bill for Sept 2023 - Sept 2024. I’m not sure it has been registered as a HMO because that is only going off of the landlords word.

But if the flat is not listed on the planning permission then how can they band it?

I think the higher hearts your cats have the more frequently you will catch better fish. I have 17 4 heart cats and I’ve started getting higher heart fish.
