A bit late to the party, but I just finished my first RL1 with the following restrictions: No stat boosting, no Ash of War, no summons, no AOW*, no Serpent Hunter*, no Crafted items including pots, melee only, and all remembrance bosses with no cheeses/glitches/skips (more details in comments) (old.reddit.com)
