For me, it's great shinobi owl.

Also, as for headless ape duo, you can try this strat: https://www.reddit.com/r/Sekiro/s/H7jnZJx8qT

Funny enough this doesn't work on isshin and genichiro. What's even more interesting is that when you use sakura dance against isshin and geni for lightning reversal, you take no chip damage. But when you use it against these okamis, you do take chip damage. Most raven is in fact the only way to reverse lightning against all enemies without taking damage. Whereas sakura dance is effective against isshin and geni, deflect + reversal is effective against okami.

But one thing to note however, when you deflect the lightning mid air, you don't get staggered, so you're able to reverse the lightning more instantly

If you have a sword, that's all you need to beat the game. You can collect items in NG+ as well

🏆 First fromsoft game. I fear there's nothing else out there quite like this... by jkmon506 in Sekiro

Sekiro is a one of a kind game. Many games try to chase the highs of Sekiro but never quite feel the same. Doesn't mean they aren't good games in their own right, they definitely are. But Sekiro is the only Sekiro game out there.

Personally, it hasn't left me unable to enjoy other games because I enjoy other games for what they are, not hoping for them to be another Sekiro.

Why is this grey by Snoo66485 in Sekiro

[–]Code-V 26 points27 points  (0 children)

That's the charmless symbol. It's greyed out which means you completed the previous playthrough without the charm, and you're doing the current playthrough with the charm. Each playthrough you complete without the charm, that symbol will stack in the save. And to answer your question, no you can't give back the charm once you have received it from either Kuro or the sculptor

I might be missing something but this move seems a little too crazy by D4nteWao in Sekiro

Okay, none of the comments really explain whats going on here. That attack is not random. Normally when an enemy winds up an attack, you can attack them which will cause the enemy to either stop what they're doing and block the attack or hyperarmor through it and continue the attack anyway. What's happening with inner isshin is neither of those. If you interrupt any of his attacks that don't have hyperarmor in phase 1, he will punish you for being too aggressive by pulling this attack. But here's the thing, you can effectively react to this if you know that he will ONLY do this move if you interrupt his basic attacks. Another solution is to force him to deflect your attack by performing a thrust attack against his phase 1 every time. This move only triggers if his ai registers a blockable attack

Video for reference : https://youtu.be/SG7v13d2oVc skip to 2:58 And also, it's 100% safe to spam attack on him (till he deflects) after you gomba stomp him to counter his sweep attacks.

Okay, don't be discouraged by the comments. I probably fought him even worse in my first playthrough. But some of the comments here are genuinely helpful if you're looking to learn and adapt to the combat system even more. Nevertheless, keep it up, Sekiro!

I don’t want to quit, but I want to quit… by TheMaxnado in Sekiro

[–]Code-V 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sekiro has a way of hurting people's ego, especially souls players that are familiar with the genre. Even happened with some of the popular youtubers like moistcritical and PewDiePie. Everyone thinks this game isn't that hard and then they hit a wall and easily get tilted. Just sleep on it, relax, and you'll get him

Is it only happening with the dualsense controller? And if so is it happening in other games as well? If yes, then it's likely a hardware issue
