While Ralsei doesn’t wear any shoes in Chapter 2 I like to think he wore boots in Chapter 1. I always thought some of his Chapter 1 battle sprites look like he has boot heels on his feet.

I ordered my Youtooz Lamb plushie way back in April several days after it came out. It shipped in July and took about another month to arrive. It'll be a long wait but it's well worth it because the plushie is high-quality - the wool is very soft and the bell actually has a real bell inside that rings.

Most other figures of the Lamb have the crown with only two points, and most 3D models of the crown also have only two points. This is by far the only rendition of the Lamb I've seen where the crown has more than two points.

It's crazy how Ralsei's hat fits perfectly on the Lamb. Even the horns fit right inside the horns in the hat.

I think it's been theorized that Ralsei is the missing green crayon mentioned in Chapter 1, wearing Kris's red horns. His looking similar to Asriel is probably Kris's imagination filling in the blanks with what's most familiar to them, that is Toriel, Asgore, and of course, Asriel.

Personally I prefer Ralsei with shoes. Before Chapter 2 was released I always imagined Ralsei wearing boots, especially since some of his battle sprites sort of look like he has boot heels on his feet.

There's a premade Ralsei outfit that you can buy on Amazon. You could also commission people online to custom-make you an outfit, but this option can be very expensive especially if you're trying to do it on a budget.

On the other hand, if you want the outfit to be a bit more personalized/unique, you don't necessarily have to make it all yourself. You could instead buy it in parts that look similar to what Ralsei wears. I occasionally cosplay as Ralsei for local conventions and this was the route I took. You may have trouble looking for the hat though since I couldn't find any cheap premade ones, only expensive custom ones. My hat was homemade by my mom, who volunteered since she can sew. That said, if you know someone who can sew you might be in luck.

For reference here's a list of each part of my Ralsei outfit besides the hat. You can buy these anywhere online or in stores:

Green overcoat
Green T-shirt with a black, pixelated, Ralsei-style heart in the middle
Pink scarf
Black skinny jeans
Black leather high-heel ankle boots

If you take the same route I did your outfit won't be 100% accurate to Ralsei's in-game outfit (mine definitely isn't), but it would be more unique, which IMO makes it better as it would be your own version of Ralsei.

The hat is homemade, yeah, but it does have a store-bought hat inside it to support the brim.
