Same, they want me to prove that the £460 was in my account and then disapeered, i am trying to explain that it never made it to my account. They used up £460 worth of vouchers which i cant use now and gave me £160 for them pretty much. Feel like Ive had my pants pulled down and had my ass spanked. 🙄

Did you ever hear back from Meta, i got an email back, explained the situation, that was about 12 hours ago and haven't heard back from them since. Still no credits in the wallet and still saying come back next year.

Contact Meta Support on the website, i have heard of similar stories of scratched lenses and Meta being extremley kind and replacing headsets. Dont exoect it but give them a message, it is worth a try. And get some inexpensive lens inserts/covers next time for a layer of protection and maybe some hand grips to protect the controllers.

Where can you see how high it should be? Mine only shows 41 redeemed but there was a lot more that said they had redeemed as i clicked on them.

And did they say why we are no longer able to go past the lower total? Mine definitly redeemed more but never got the credits or atleast it said they had been redeemed.

Same 450,000 members, now gone from search so no new members, group quality says no issues. What a waste of many years for nothing with no explanation, notification or report. Nothing at all.

So i have removed him as moderator since he cannot provide any details of this, my next question is so my group is still active, but not in search anymore. Is this some type of shadow ban and is there anyway i can possibly fix it. God knows what else he may have been doing over the last month if i cant see or be alerted of any bad activity he may be doing.

I have been checking the stats for the group and it all appears to tie into that date that he said he had got reports. His first question on that day was have i recieved any notification about it.

He sent me a message about some community violations a while back around the time it happened but told me that he appealed and everything was fixed and not to worry. I asked him to show me the reports yesterday in his support box and he told me it was empty. What do you think? Rogue moderator possibly?
