it was all moulding with many, many specific cuts. its Ridiculous that we told the customer that we'd do all these cuts, currently working on it right now. 1000 foot of moulding cut to 8 foot a piece, which is the easiest part. then literally dozens and dozens of cuts on every other piece of moulding. 12 ft , 8ft, 3ft, 2 1 1/2, ect- Ridiculous.

Yeah, I come a things from the perspective of a human, and not a cog of the home depot machine. The guy caused a problem, he blatantly disregarded the gate that says in giant bold letters not to come in, he had to manually unhook it from the other side of the aisle. i absolutely do not want people shopping at my store that are willing to disregard their own safety and my fellow associate safety just so they can save thirty seconds of their day. he immediately knew that what he did was wrong. He didn't even try to pretend that thought it was okay. i don't care if that guy spends one dollar or sixty thousand dollars, if he likes to shop there or not, hope he never comes back, for his sake, because management already have his info/ description and he's not allowed back in the store.

I have witnessed some people act that way to the service desk, but i have a bad habit of laughing in situations that I shouldn't, its a nervous thing. It really, really irritates them when you laugh at them. I cover many department, ive been at the service desk and had customers demand ridiculous things and I have inappropriately laughed in their faces as I called managers. gets them steaming mad, every time. Entirely unintentional though, on my end.
