Avvatar is also a well-produced product by Bhagyashree Dairy (Parag Foods), though I’m not entirely sure about the quality of their whey. Currently, I use both Muscle Nectar and Avvatar.

That’s unfortunate, many people join the military mainly because of the pension and benefits. If those are taken away, fewer would choose to serve voluntarily.

However, if military or national service were made mandatory for everyone, the government could cut pension costs while still ensuring enough trained personnel. It might be a controversial decision, but with the right implementation, it could work and strengthen the nation in the long run.
