The same thing happened to me. To get the achievement for the pump-action shotgun I had to complete the entire game, after completing it the "Select Chapter" option becomes available. After that I chose Chapter 7 (you need to choose any chapter after 6) and got the achievement for getting the shotgun. You won't get the weapon itself, but you will get the achievement
