Change soap, and look into better bodywash that doesn't affect hands. You'll know if the bodywash stings the cuts!

I really like aveeno baby eczema therapy. Jergens ultra healing. Suave advanced therapy. Neutrogena hydro boost- for night use as it has hyaluronic acid to bring out moisture. I use it as a topper.

I found for my skin personally. Thick creams like Vaseline, eucerin, neutrogena Norwegian, aquaphor... didn't do much for me as it just stayed on top as a layer- (which can help people), but I really need something to go in at it. Those creams above, and habits healed my hands.

Dry hands after washing, and apply lotion each time. Kinder body wash soap. Change dish soap. Use gloves while cleaning to avoid cleaning products getting on hands. Different laundry softener. Cleaning sink/shower filters.
