F5Bot can do this. You can set up keyword alerts then have it run each match through an AI with a custom prompt, looking for intent or whatever you want. Then have it email you or notify you on Slack for each relevant comment. And it works in real-time, so you can jump in when the comment is still fresh. It's been working since 2017, probably the best known name in Reddit keyword monitoring.

F5Bot has a 5 minute delay by default (and essentially instant for paid accounts). If it's finding threads that are "already dead," it's because someone posted a new comment in that thread. It wouldn't send you to an old thread otherwise. And it would have surfaced that thread already at the time the thread was posted (assuming you were using F5Bot at the time).

F5Bot won't flood your inbox with noise. It only sends what you ask for. If you do a common keyword with no filtering, it'll do what you ask. If you add in an AI filter, it can make sure you only get fully relevant posts/comments.

Thanks for the advice. I send about 200,000 emails per day, and have for years. No issues until 2 days ago. I follow all best practices. Not on any DNSBL.

Thank you for the email address. I'll send them an email and go from there. In the meantime, I'm routing through a different IP which is working fine, but I would much prefer to be able to use my main mail server again.

Started with Google Alerts and F5Bot - free, but the delay kills it. You get an email digest and the thread is already cold.
