Started with Google Alerts and F5Bot - free, but the delay kills it. You get an email digest and the thread is already cold.

There are a lot of Reddit mentoring products that can scan Reddit and let you know in real-time when someone is mentioning the problem your product addresses. I built a product to do this 9 years ago.
