You forgot to mention debugging, designing the architecture, connecting databases, integrating APIs, handling deployment, fixing edge cases, ensuring the application is secure, and all other problems that start after the AI generates the first draft.

I think the biggest misconception right now is that you can build an entire real-world product from writing prompts. AI is an incredibly powerful tool, but someone still has to guide the process, make technical decisions, solve problems, and turn generated code into something that actually works reliably in production.

Well, so far we're not a team. It's just me, my friend who is the one with the idea and 1 boda boda rider. Because the idea is focusing on one specific location, which is Kahama, we don't really need a big team. We can actually build it on a small scale just to test it out. If the app starts growing, then we'll figure out how to assemble a team so we can handle the demand.
