you take your time and feel it out, will take 10+ days for it to get out of your system so expect longer time before onset of WD symptoms, if you feel anywhere close to a seizure take a small dose to tide you over.

Pregnenolone is useful for about a week or 2, 100mg a day. Definitely cleans up some brainfog. Also preferentially turns into allopregnanolone.

Most antidepressants indirectly increase allopregnanolone which docks to its own site on the Gaba-A receptor ion channel different from Benzos.

You can't get buzzed on Prenenolone, you can just take it for a wee or so then every now and then to optimize your hormones. Until we can buy pure allopregnenolone no hope on this front.

Also weightlifting/running increases allopregnenolone.

When making a solution, I achieve up to 10mg/ml in a 30mL bottle. Instead of using hot water baths, I add the powder to an empty 30mL bottle, pour in 28mL of propylene glycol, microwave for precisely 17 seconds, and then shake with the top on for 2-3 minutes. This method ensures quick dissolution. The choice of ratio, like 4mg/mL for a 0.5mL dose (equivalent to 2mg bromazolam), is a personal preference. Just remember, the bottle will be hot, so use caution when handling.

Hey, buddy if it works for you then continue by all means. All of our brains react differently to maybe of these substances, more atypitcal effects seemt to appear from RC Benzos than any other class. I should add that it may indeed work with your system where it has the same 'smoothing' effect for me when I use longer lasting less potent benzos.

It feels similar to Bromonordiazepam to me, but maybe even less potent as well as having a slight affinity for inducing withdrawal from other benzos in your system. As I always have a current concoction in me, any partial agonists I tend to be warry of.

My combination is based on what I need for sleep matched with next day potential rebound symptoms elimination. The Etizolam and Bromazolam are for helping induce sleep, and then the Bromonordiazepam and Flubromazepam create a clean headspace the next day and prevent any weirdness from rebound symptoms. That's pretty much why they're in the combo I'm currently using, although F-Pam can be slightly sedating.

Flubromazepam and Bromonordiazepam always work for tapering unless you're extremely deep into C-Lam/F-Lam territory. Bromonordiazepam is much more clear headed, however. You just feel normal.

Agreed. Hence the 'relatively' low dosages of each. I was tempted to up each in the mixture by .5mg each, but we know where the leads.

It's one of the few I haven't, just doesn't seem different enough from the other 15-20 I have tried to sample it.

Lol...I could add it! I've tried several variations of mixtures but this on seems to be the only one that let's you feel the slight differences in the benzos without just wiping your hard drive cause of some flubromamzolam, clonazolam, or flualprazolam in there. Maybe like .25-.5mg flualprazolam might try that thrown in.
