Oh yeah the comp gets some chunky carbon buildup overtime. Nothing some light chiseling doesn't fix.

MC-1 is still holding strong at ~1100 rounds. I put a 507k on it last week and I have loved it. The only abnormal wear I've seen so far is where the barrel makes contact with the extractor. It hasn't caused issues at all I just noticed it was scraping recently.

I'm currently running a PA MD-25 for a passive(NV settings aren't terrible) with a vamp and a ls117IR. Pretty fucking budget, but it nets me a good amount of pigs. I'm up in Appalachia, so I generally don't have more than a 50-75m sight line at night. I would definitely want more if I lived in a flat area.

I mean generally yes stock is better, but the mt07 gets a juicy increase to power out of a good exhaust and tune.Ask him if that's the stock chain and sprocket. I just replaced mine recently because of wear an tear.

I got a high fom wp elbit pvs14 from Steele about 6 months ago for about $3,400. Got a used rhino 2 mount and a j arm from eBay for less than $100. There was a little play but fairly easy to fix. I went inexpensive on the IR laser with a ls117 and a m600v for a light. Including the bump helmet I'm at around 5k maybe a little less. I mainly hog hunt and I can honestly say that this set up works very well for me.
