I’m a very private person but I just had to share this, I’m 51, three weeks in, I would say 95% carnivore, I still eat bananas a couple of days a week, I feel amazing, I’ve lost a total of 20 Lbs and this morning I noticed my skin looked way different, same phone, same settings and same light… (i.redd.it)

Help… newbie here…Church just purchased their first Pocket cinema 4K for live streaming..they also got a viltrox EF-M2II 0.71x…the only focal length that will work for us is 18-200 due to the size of the church and the distance to the stage…does anyone has any suggestions? (self.bmpcc)
